EPISODE 220: Interview with Jess Shade. Jess Shade is a high-altitude ski mountaineer, queer cis woman, poly person, and Clinical Mental Health Counselor licensed in Utah and Michigan. Jess works closely with Utah's LGBTQ+, kink, and poly communities and serves on the board of the LGBTQ+ Affirmative Therapist Guild of Utah. Additionally, Jess supports members of the mountain sports and snow safety communities.
